We specialise in the repairing, replacement & cleaning of all heating & cooling coils installed within a ventilation system.
Following a site survey it may prove that a repair is not cost effective (due to heavy corrosion) and we will offer the possibility of supplying a “clone” coil. A “clone” coil is manufactured to the same construction/dimensions as the existing pattern with the connections in the same position. This will reduce the requirement for changing the existing pipework and actual downtime.

A common problem with cooling coils is that the traps fitted are of the wrong depth resulting in an overflowing drain tray. This results in the deterioration of the adjacent AHU sections and any standing water within the AHU casing could provide a breeding ground for legionella. During the winter months it is common that a coil may freeze and split. We can attend site and carryout repairs to get the heating coil operational ASAP.
